By 1801, the population had increased to 385 people, and the number of houses grew to 83. However, by 1844, 92% of the land in the town belonged to three individuals, leaving only 8% for other residents, indicating the living conditions of the remaining residents.
Finally, in 1850, a committee was formed due to the construction of a railway between Chester and Holyhead. The committee aimed to promote commerce and tourism and hoped to attract more businessmen and tourists to the town of Llanfairpwll, transforming it into a commercial and tourist center.
