After successful registration at the school, new students are required to register with the Education Section of the Chinese Embassy in the UK. According to regulations, self-funded international students (excluding those sponsored by the China Scholarship Council or the Chinese Academy of Sciences, including students on institutional/local government scholarships) are required to complete registration and reporting procedures at the Education Section of the Chinese Embassy in the UK through the "Registration and Reporting Information Management System for International Students" to facilitate the receipt of important information released by the China Scholarship Service Center.

It is best to fill in the form correctly in one go. Double-check and carefully fill in the information because sometimes it may not be possible to make changes after submission due to technical issues. In such cases, it becomes troublesome, and you will need to write an email to explain the situation. This requires allocating more time in advance.
Next, when filling out the registration form, pay attention to the following points:
Study Abroad Status: Please select the option based on the degree you are about to obtain. If you have not obtained a degree by the end of the course or have only received a graduation certificate (non-degree certificate), choose "Other International Students" as your study abroad status.
Arrival Date Abroad: Fill in the date according to the entry stamp on your passport when you arrived in the UK.
Enrollment Date: Fill in the date of enrollment for the degree or program you are applying for (excluding preparatory and language courses). This date should be later than your arrival date abroad.
Graduation (Completion) Date: Fill in the date of obtaining the degree as indicated on your graduation certificate (or school confirmation letter).
Planned Return Date: This refers to the date of the flight ticket order for returning to your home country after completing the degree or program (for those who have already returned, please provide the actual return date).
