The ITIC (International Teacher Identity Card) is available for all full-time teachers or professors worldwide. It offers benefits and discounts at over 130 countries' attractions, flights, hotels, dining, shopping, and more. The card looks like the image below:
Who can apply for the International Youth Travel Card (IYTC)?
Answer: Full-time teachers or professors recognized by accredited educational institutions in their respective countries, working a minimum of 18 hours per week for at least 1 year.
How long is the card valid for?
Answer: The card is valid for a maximum of 16 months, starting from either September 1st or December 1st, depending on the specific academic calendar of each country's educational institutions.
How much does it cost?
Answer: The fee varies depending on the specific situation in each country, with prices ranging from $4 to $25. For example, in the UK, the fee is £12.
How to apply? What documents are required?
Proof of full-time employment as a teacher issued by an accredited educational institution, specifying a minimum of 18 hours of work per week and at least 1 year of employment.

When filling out the information, you will be asked to provide your home address in the UK. You will also have the option to add an additional £1 for expedited shipping, as regular mail may take 5 to 10 days to arrive. With the additional £1, the delivery can take as fast as 2 days or as slow as 3 to 5 days. Of course, if you are planning to travel to Europe soon, it is recommended to add the extra £1.
Upload your teacher certification, passport, and passport-sized photo with a white background. The photo requirements are as follows (you can use your phone to take a picture against a white wall, and then make necessary adjustments yourself).
Once you have completed the payment, you can relax at home and wait for your ITIC International Teacher Identity Card.
